I wish I could give these guys more than five stars. I called PG plumbing tonight a little after 8pm. We had a huge clog that was causing stinky water to pour out of the overflow in Our tub! It was awful, BUT, one call to PG custom plumbing and Boom! He arrived, in less than 30 minutes, assessed, quoted a very reasonable price and fixed the issue and is on his way back home. It’s 9:46PM!!! Y’all! Talk about Great customer service and a man who really knows what he’s doing. We would Highly recommend PG custom plumbing! Tell them that Maggie sent you.

PG Custom Plumbing installed a complete home water filtration/softener system along with a Reverse Osmosis under the sink system. It was all completed in one day and no messes left behind. Everything was explained thoroughly about the job done and what, if any, maintenance needed to be done down the road. Would definitely recommend PG Custom Plumbing for any future jobs needed in my home!

Mr. Preston and his assistant were extremely professional and timely in regards installing my new faucet/replacing my old kitchen faucet. After the install was complete he shared valuable information about new kitchen faucet and the warranty/replacement parts. The price was fair compared to the many other companies that I called. I like that he gave me a flat rate compared to an estimate that could have resulted in $$$ after installation.
My experience with PG Custom Plumbing was exceptional. The service was completed as expected. I had new countertops installed and needed a plumber to reconnect the existing plumbing. My home was built 25 years ago and upon inspecting the job it was discovered that the existing plumbing was no longer up to code and needed to be completely replaced. I am completely satisfied with the work performed. Also replaced my reverse osmosis system and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend PG Custom Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Preston came over and repiped my house after having a disaster happen due to a Polybutelyne pipe burst in my attic! He not only recommended a remediation company to save whatever could be saved from the flooding but repiped my house with all new piping. He also installed a MoenFlo leak detector. He took time to show me how it works. I travel a lot and I'm not always home and i feel very much at ease now. The man knows his craft and is an absolute professional in every sense of the word! It’s hard to find reputable and honest plumbers in this day and age but Preston is an exception. I would highly recommend him for any and all of your plumbing and water filtration needs. His prices are more than competitive and his response time is usually same day or no later than the next day.
Preston and his team are top-notch! He fixed a clogged drain line that ended up being a lot more work than anyone anticipated. We then had him come back and do a whole home filter. His work was clean, professional, and very reasonably priced.
We called PG plumbing to drain our hot water heater. Preston was very prompt and explained the process. He was very nice and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He told us we should probably look into replacing it due to its age, however we were not prepared to do that yet. Maybe we will at the first of the year and we will definitely call him back when that time comes. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
